Welcome to Megan Marenghi's Official Website! Megan is a 17-year-old level 10 gymnast from Zenith Elite Gymnastics Academy in McKinney, Texas under coaches Tatiana Schegolkova and Alex Atamas. Megan is four-time Junior Olympic National Qualifier.
Megan was only 11 years old when she first qualified to Junior Olympic Nationals in 2006, where she finished 12th in the all-around and third on balance beam. In 2009, Megan finished second in the all-around and won the balance beam title at the Level 10 Regional Championships. There, she qualified to her second JO Nationals in Seattle, Washington.
In 2010, Megan placed second in the all-around, first on balance beam, second on vault and third on uneven bars and floor exercise at the Level 10 Regionals. At the JO Nationals in Dallas, Texas, she finished fourth in the all-around, first on balance beam and second on uneven bars and floor exercise. There, she made the Junior Olympic National Team. In 2011, Megan placed third in the all-around at the Level 10 State and first in the all-around at the Level 10 Regionals. She made the Junior Olympic National Team for the second time after placing second in the all-around and fourth on balance beam at the JO Nationals.
Currently, Megan is preparing for upcoming 2012 season where she hopes to qualify to international elite.
