Morgan competed last night at the US Covergirl Classic in Chicago, IL. She finished seventh in the all-around with a 55.100. She placed sixth on vault (14.500) and seventh on balance beam (14.000). Look for new pictures and videos from the meet later this week.

Morgan will be competing at the US Covergirl Classic this weekend on July 24 in Chicago, Illinois. She will be in the senior session at 7:00 p.m. at the UIC Pavilion. Morgan has already qualified for the VISA Championships in Hartford, CT. She will use this competition as a warm up. The Universal Sports will be broadcasting the US Covergirl Classic live. USA wins Gold in Italy

Morgan was in Jesolo, Italy last weekend. She helped the USA team to win ahead of Russia and Italy. Morgan finished fourth in the all-around with a 56.300. Good job Morgan! Full results have been posted from the meet. Many new pictures will be coming soon.

International Assignment in Italy

Morgan received an international assignment today at the US National Training Camp. She, along with Amanda Jetter (CGA), Cassie Whitcomb (CGA), Mackenzie Caquatto (Legacy Elite), Alex Raisman (Brestyans), Kytra Hunter (Hills), Sabrina Vega (Dynamic) and Kyla Ross (GymMax), will be representing the USA team at the 2010 Trofeo Citta di Jesolo. This competition will be in Jesolo, Italy starting next week, March 22-27. Congratulations Morgan!

Welcome to Morgan Smith's brand new official website! Morgan is a 15-year-old aspiring senior international gymnast who trains at Brandy Johnson's Global Gymnastics Academy in Clermont, Florida. Morgan finished sixth in the all-around and second on vault at the 2009 VISA Championships this past summer. There, she made the Junior US National Team.
