Amy Bell was born on June 14, 1996. She trains at Gymnastics Revolution.

In 2007, Amy competed level six. She moved up to level seven in 2008. In 2009, Amy competed level eight. She finished first on bars at the Parkette Invitational. At the Team Challenge, she won beam and placed second all-around. Amy won bars at the State Championships. She placed fourth all-around. At Regionals, she finished fourth on beam. She placed in the top fifteen all-around. Amy began competing level nine in 2010. She won bars at the Brestyan Invitational. At the Long Island Invitational, she placed third all-around. She finished first on bars, third on beam and fourth all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed second on beam. She finished fifth all-around. Amy completed her season at the Eastern Championships, finishing tenth all-around.

Amy continued competing level nine in 2011. She finished third all-around at the Team Challenge.
