Ali Ables was born on May 31, 1994. She trains at Gwinnett Gymnastics Center. She will graduate from high school in 2012.
In 2004, Ali competed level eight. She finished fourth on vault and floor at the Hilton Head Island Invitational. She finished third all-around and second on beam at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. She moved up to level nine in 2005. Ali placed in the top fifteen all-around at Regionals. In 2006, she finished third all-around at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. At the Regional Championships, she finished second on floor and seventh all-around. Ali competed at Easterns.
She moved up to level ten in 2007. She competed at the State Championships where she placed first on beam. She qualified for Regionals. She missed the 2008 season due to injury. In 2009, Ali placed first on beam at the Palm Beach Invitational. She finished third on vault and floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed fifth all-around. Ali finished 25th all-around at JO Nationals. In 2010, she won bars, beam and the all-around at the Cancun Classic. She won vault, bars and the all-around at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. At the Sand Dollar Invitational, she finished second all-around and won balance beam. Ali did not compete in the championship season. Ali competed on beam at the 2011 Atlanta Crown Invitational. She competed on vault and beam at the Pikes Peak Cup.
