Kaylee Adams was born on July 5, 1996. She trained at Capital Gymnastics through the 2007 season. She then moved to Platinum. Kaylee will graduate from high school in 2015.

In 2006, Kaylee competed level seven. She finished fourth on vault at the National Judges Cup. She won vault at the Kurt Thomas Invitational. Kaylee qualified to the State Championships. She moved up to level eight in 2007. She competed at the State Championships. In 2008, Kaylee finished second on vault and third all-around at the National Judges Cup. She placed fourth on vault at the IGI Chicago Style. She finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. At Regionals, Kaylee placed 12th all-around. She moved up to level nine in 2009. She won vault at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won vault and floor. She finished seventh all-around.

Kaylee continued competing level nine in 2010. She won vault and floor at the Denver Winterfest. She won beam at the Rose City Classic. At the State Championships, she won vault. Kaylee finished second on vault at Regionals. She placed third all-around. At Westerns, Kaylee placed second on vault, fourth on floor and sixth all-around.
