Alyssa Adrian was born on August 14, 1991. She trained at Tampa Bay Turners through the 2004 season. She then spent one year with GymCarolina before moving to Impact. Alyssa trained at Superior during her senior season in 2009.
In 2004, Alyssa competed level nine. She finished fifth on bars at Regionals. She finished eleventh all-around. At Easterns, she placed fifth on bars. Alyssa moved up to level ten in 2005. She finished fourth all-around at the State Championships. She finished in the top twenty at Regionals. In 2006, Alyssa finished third all-around at the Twin City Invitational. She competed at Regionals. In 2008, she won bars at the State Championships where she also placed second all-around. She placed fifth on bars at Regionals.
Alyssa competed her final year of level ten in 2009. She finished second all-around at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She placed second on bars at the Gatlinburg Classic. At the Winter Invite, she won vault. Alyssa won bars and the all-around at the State Championships. She finished seventh all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she finished 26th all-around. Alyssa did not compete her freshman year at Pitt.
