Allison Lewis was born on November 5, 1995. She trains at US Gold Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2007, Allison started the season as a level seven. She finished second on vault and floor at the State Qualifier. She won floor at the Metroplex Challenge. She then moved up to level eight. She finished third on vault at the Hard Rock Invitational. She competed at the State Championships. In 2008, Allison qualified to Regionals.

Allison moved up to level nine in 2009. She finished fourth on beam at the Texas Prime Meet and Daytona Beach Open. She won beam at the Rose City Classic. Allison finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. She finished 12th all-around at Regionals. In 2010, Allison won vault and beam at the Texas Prime Meet. She finished third on floor at the WOGA Classic. She placed fourth all-around at the Kurt Thomas Invitational. She won beam at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won beam and placed second all-around. She finished seventh all-around at Westerns.
