Ashley Morgan was born on February 9, 1991. She trained at Diablo Gymnastics for several years. In 2005, she switched to Bay Aerials. Ashley competes as a level ten.

In 2002, Ashley competed as a level seven. She moved up to level eight in 2003. Ashley won the Wine Country Classic. At the Level Eight State Championships, she finished second on vault. At Regionals, she won vault! Ashley finished seventh all-around at Regionals. In 2004, she moved up to level nine. Ashley finished third all-around at the Aloha Gymfest. She won vault at the Wine Country Classic. Her final meet of the season was Regionals.

Her final year as a level nine was in 2005. She finished second all-around at the Golden State Classic. At the Hard Rock Invitational, Ashley finished third all-around. At the Level Nine State Championships, she won the all-around title! She also won beam and floor. At Regionals, Ashley placed third all-around. She won floor. Her final level nine meet was Westerns. Ashley finished fifth all-around. She was second on both beam and floor.

She moved up to level ten in 2006. Ashley won the Gold Country Classic. She placed second all-around at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge and San Diego Classic. At the Level 10 State Championships, she won the all-around title. Ashley also won bars and beam. At Regionals, she won beam and finished sixth all-around. By placing in the top seven, she qualified to the JO National Championships. At JO Nationals, she finished in the top twenty!

She started 2007 off by winning bars, beam and the all-around at the Lady Luck Invitational. She next won a silver medal on beam at the Golden State Classic. She won beam and finished third all-around at the Gold Country Classic. Ashley also competed at the Byers Sacramento Invitational. At Level 10 States, she swept all five gold medals! After a fall on bars at Regionals, Ashley finished sixth all-around. She placed second on vault and first on beam. She earned a spot on the Norcal State Team. At JO Nationals, she won uneven bars.

In 2008, Ashley won beam at the Wine Country Classic. She finished third all-around. She won beam and the all-around at the Hardrock Invitational. She finished second all-around and first on beam at the Harley Davidson Battle in Seattle. She won beam at the Golden State Classic. Ashley won beam and finished second all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won beam and the all-around. She did not compete at JO Nationals. In November, she signed with Stanford.

Ashley had a great 2009 season. She won beam, floor and the all-around at the Delta Classic. She won all five gold medals at the San Diego Classic. She won floor and finished second all-around at the Valentine Invitational. Ashley, for the second time in 2009, swept all five gold medals at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge. At States, she placed second all-around. She won beam and floor at Regionals on her way to finishing second all-around. She ended her club career with a third place all-around finish at JO Nationals. This earned her a spot on the JO National Team. She tied for sixth on vault and second on floor. She placed fourth on beam.
