Allison Antenucci was born on February 8, 1992. She trained at Spirit Gymnastics through the 2005 season. She then moved to Berks East for one year. She trained at Silvia's Gymnastics through the end of club career. She graduated from high school in 2010.

In 2004, Allison competed level eight. She won bars and placed second on floor at Regionals. She moved up to level nine in 2005. She finished first on bars at the Buckeye Classic. She finished first on vault, third on floor and second all-around at Regionals. She finished 26th all-around at Easterns. In 2006, she finished third on floor at the Dutch Classic. She placed third on beam at the Beach Break.

Allison competed level ten in 2009. She finished fourth on beam and floor at the Maryland Classic. At the Friendship Classic, she won beam, floor and the all-around. She placed first on bars at the Capital Cup. She finished fourth all-around and second on bars at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished ninth all-around. She competed at JO Nationals. In 2010, she finished tenth all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished eleventh all-around. She competed at the JO National Invitational Tournament. As a freshman at Towson, she competed on floor three times.
