In 2005, Anya competed level five. She competed at the State Championships. She moved up to level six in 2006. She placed third on vault at the State Championships. In October of 2010, she competed as a level seven at the National Judges Cup. She competed as a level eight two months later at the Gymnastics on the Grand meet. She won vault and the all-around. Anya began competing level nine in January 2011. She finished second all-around at the CGA Coaches Spectacular. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Circle of Stars meet. At the Athlete Warrior Challenge, she placed second all-around. She won beam at the Motown Madness meet. Anya placed first on floor at the All American Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished first on vault, beam, floor and the all-around. Anya won bars, beam and the all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she placed first on vault and bars. She finished third all-around.
