Asha Hill was born on July 26, 1998. She trained at Gymnastics Pacifica through the 2006 season. She then moved to SCEGA.

In 2005, Asha competed level four. She finished third all-around at the Golden Boot Invitational. Asha also finished third all-around at the Butterfly Classic. She finished second on floor at the East Sectionals. At the State Championships, she placed third on floor. Asha moved up to level five in 2006. She won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the Golden Boot Invitational. At the Butterfly Classic, she won floor and the all-around. Asha won vault at the East Sectional. At the State Championships, she finished fourth on floor.

Asha competed level six in the fall of 2007. She finished first on vault at the Hang 10 Invitational. She placed third on beam and floor at the 2nd Prelim. At the South Sectionals, she finished fifth all-around. Asha placed fourth on vault at the State Championships. She immediately began competing level seven in 2008. She finished second on vault at the California Classic. At the State Championships, Asha finished second on vault, bars, and floor. She made the National TOPs "B" Team in the fall. Asha moved up to level eight in 2009. She finished first all-around at the Lady Luck Invitational. She placed second on beam at the Hardrock Invitational. At the Heart of a Champion Invitational, she won floor. Asha finished fourth all-around at Regionals. She placed second on beam and floor. Asha made her second National TOPs "B" Team in the fall.

Asha missed the 2010 season due to injuries. In 2011, she competed level nine. She finished second on bars at the Lady Luck Invitational and Gliders Invitational.
