Baylee Bell was born on February 1, 1996. She trains at DeVeau's School of Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2007, Baylee competed level seven. She moved up to level eight in 2008. She finished third on vault at the Bravo Classic. She qualified for Regionals. In 2009, Baylee won vault and finished second all-around at the Gymnast Jam. She won vault and the all-around at the CGA Coaches Spectacular. At the IGI Chicago Style, Baylee finished first on beam and second all-around. She finished third on vault at Regionals.

Baylee competed level nine in 2010. She finished third on beam at the Cancun Classic. She placed fourth on vault at the Bravo Classic. Baylee won a bronze medal on beam at the For Love or Money meet. She won floor at the Circle of the Stars Invitational. At the Manhattan Classic, Baylee finished second on floor. At Regionals, she placed second on beam and eighth all-around.
