Allison Bellingham was born on June 17, 1994. Her twin sister, Amy, is also a gymnast. Allison trains at South Coast Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2002, Allison competed level five. She finished twelfth all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level seven in 2004. She finished third on beam at the California Classic. Allison competed level eight in 2005. She placed first on bars and beam at the Flips USA Invitational. At the San Diego Classic and Surf City Classic, she placed second on bars. Allison finished in the top ten at the State and Regional Championships. In 2006, she won bars at the AOGC Invitational. She placed second on bars at the State Championships. Allison won bars at Regionals. She finished seventh all-around. She did not compete in 2007.

Allison began competing level nine in 2008. She finished fourth all-around at the AOGC Invitational. She finished eleventh all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed third on beam. She competed at Westerns. In 2009, Allison won bars and beam at the Lady Luck Invitational. She placed second on bars and floor at the San Diego Classic. At the AOGC Invitational, she won beam. She placed third on bars at the Long Beach Open. At the State Championships, she placed third on bars. She finished third on beam at Regionals.

Allison moved up to level ten in 2010. She finished second on beam at the Lady Luck Invitational. She placed third on beam at the Long Beach Open. Allison finished third all-around at the Malibu Coast Challenge. She finished in the top ten at the State and Regional Championships. In 2011, Allison won beam at the Lady Luck Invitational. At the San Diego Classic, she finished fourth all-around. She placed third on beam at the Malibu Coast Challenge. She competed at the State and Regional Championships.
