Rebekah Bennetts was born on October 9, 1991. She trained at Georgia All-Star Gymnastics during her club career. She graduated from high school in 2010.
In 2000, Rebekah competed level five. She won bars and floor at the State Championships. She moved up to level six in 2001. She won beam at the State Championships. At the 2002 AAU State Championships, she won vault, bars, beam and the all-around in the optional division. She competed level eight in 2003. She finished third all-around at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. She won vault and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished first. She won beam at the AAU National Championships.
She competed level nine in 2004, qualifying for Regionals. In 2005, she won vault at the State Championships. She finished third on floor, second on vault and 16th all-around at Easterns. Rebekah moved up to level ten in 2006. She finished in the top twenty at Regionals. She continued competing level ten in 2007 and 2008.
Rebekah had a strong 2009 season. She finished third on vault at the WOGA Classic. She finished third all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won vault. Rebekah finished eighth all-around at JO Nationals. She placed fifth on vault and bars. In 2010, she won bars at the Winter Blast. She finished first on vault, floor and the all-around at the Tiger Paw Invitational. She did not compete all-around at Regionals.
