Paris Berelc was born on December 29, 1998. She trained at Walworth County Gymnastics Center through the 2010 season. She then moved to LaFleur's Academy of Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2017.

In 2008, Paris competed level seven. She finished fourth all-around at the Bravo Classic. She placed sixth all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level eight in 2009. She finished fourth all-around at the Scamps Blizzard Invite. She placed second all-around at the Harley Davidson meet. At the State Championships, she placed third on beam. Paris moved up to level nine in 2010. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the Winter Luau. She placed second on floor at the King Arthur Invitational. She finished third on vault at the Harley Davidson meet. She placed third on beam at the OGC Optional Invitational. She competed on two events at the State Championships.

Paris continued competing level nine in 2011. She won bars, floor and the all-around at the Team Spirit Invitational. At the Circle of Stars meet, she won bars. She placed third on bars at both the Harley Davidson meet and Tim Rand Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished first on bars and the all-around. She finished 14th all-around at Regionals. In 2012, Paris finished first on vault and bars at the Judge Leenda's Island Adventure meet. She finished third all-around at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She placed second on vault at the IGI Chicago Style. She won floor at the Salto National Invitational. She finished first on vault and the all-around at the Northern Lights Classic. Paris finished third all-around at the State Championships. She placed third on bars and 17th all-around at Regionals.

Paris decided to take a break from gymnastics in 2013 to focus on her acting career.
