Christina Berg was born on December 31, 1997. She trained at Gym-Kinetics through the 2008 season. She then moved to United Gymnastics Academy. She moved to Legacy Elite after the 2011 season.
In 2005, Christina competed level five. She finished first on floor and third all-around at the Bravo Classic. She moved up to level six in 2006. Christina competed level seven in 2007. She won beam and the all-around at the For Love or Money meet. In 2008, Christina competed level eight. She finished first on vault, bars and the all-around at the Bravo Classic. At the IGI Chicago Style, she placed first all-around. Christina competed level nine in 2009. She finished third all-around at the Twistars Invitational. She won bars at the Bravo Classic. At the Gasparilla Classic, she won floor.
Christina began competing level ten in 2010. She won beam, floor and the all-around at the St. Valentines Classic. At the State Championships, she placed second on beam. Christina finished seventh all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals. In 2011, Christina finished third all-around at the Arena Classic. She placed second on floor at the State Championships. She finished fourth all-around at Regionals. Christina competed on three events at JO Nationals.
