Bailey Fitzpatrick was born on January 22, 1997. She has an older sister Jenna who is also a gymnast. Bailey trained at M & M Gymnastics until the summer of 2005. She then switched to Swiss Turners. Bailey returned to M & M two years later. She will graduate from high school in 2015.
In 2005, she competed as a level seven. Bailey won the all-around at the Salto Invitational. She also won bars and beam. In the fall, she made the National TOPs Diamond Team. She moved up to level eight in 2006. She finished third all-around at the Circle of Stars Invitational. Bailey made the National TOPs Team in the fall.
Bailey continued competing as a level eight in 2007. She finished second all-around at the Midwest Challenge. At the Circle of Stars Invitational, she won a silver medal on beam. Bailey placed second all-around at the Harley Davidson Invitational. She won beam and floor. At States, she finished second on bars and third on floor. Bailey ended her season at Regionals. She qualified to the National TOP "A" Team.
In 2008, Bailey qualified to hopes pre-elite. She also has competed as a level nine at some invitationals. She finished eleventh at the US Challenge. In December, she easily qualified to hopes for the 2009 season. She moved up to level ten in 2009. She finished third on vault and beam at the Midwest Challenge. She placed second on bars, floor and in the all-around. She finished in the top ten at States. She did not compete all-around at Regionals. In 2010, Bailey finished fifth all-around at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Midwest Challenge. At the Blizzard Invitational, she placed third all-around. She finished fourth all-around at the Circle of Stars. At the State Championships, she placed third on bars and in the all-around. She ended her season at Regionals.
