Lauren Bilenki was born on July 11, 1993. She trained at Parkettes her entire club career. She graduated from high school in 2011.

In 2003, Lauren competed level six. She finished in the top ten all-around at the Parkette Invitational. She moved up to level seven in 2004. She finished fourth on floor at the Parkette Invitational. She competed level eight in 2005. She placed second on vault at the Parkette Invitational. Lauren did not compete in 2006. She began competing level nine in 2007. She finished in the top ten all-around at the Hard Rock Invitational. She won vault and the all-around at the Parkette Invitational. In 2008, Lauren won the all-around title at the Parkette Invitational. She finished first on vault and second all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished second on vault. Lauren competed at Easterns.

Lauren began competing level ten in 2009. she finished second on vault at the Brestyan invitational. She finished in the top ten at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed third on bars. In 2010, Lauren finished third on vault and floor at the Maryland Classic. She placed third on vault and floor at the Parkette Invitational. At the Excalibur Cup, she finished second on bars. Lauren placed third on bars at the Parkette Invitational in 2011. At the Excalibur Cup, she placed first on vault and third all-around. Lauren finished second on bars at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished ninth all-around. Lauren finished seventh all-around at the JO National Invitational Tournament.
