Alisa Bogdan was born on November 8, 1995. She trains at Gymcats in Nevada. She will graduate from high school in 2014.
In 2004, Alisa competed level four. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. She moved up to level five in 2005. She finished second on bars at the Fall State Championships. Alisa continued competing level five in the spring season. She won bars and the all-around at teh Go For It Classic. She finished second on vault at the Cactus Cooler Invitational. At the Spring State Championships, she won vault. She moved up to level six in the fall. Alisa placed first on vault at the State Championships. In the spring, she won vault at the Go For It Classic. She also won vault at the State Championships.
Alisa competed level seven in 2008. She won vault at the San Diego Classic and beam at the National Gymnastics Challenge. At the State Championships, she finished second all-around. She moved up to level eight in 2009. She placed third on beam at the Vegas Cup. She finished third on vault and floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed third all-around. Alisa competed level nine in 2010. She won beam at the Lady Luck Invitational. Alisa won floor at the San Diego Classic, Vegas Cup and Purple and Gold meet. At the State Championships, she placed third on beam and floor. Alisa finished second all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, she placed sixth on beam. She finished 14th all-around.
Alisa continued competing level nine in 2011. She finished third all-around at the Arizona Grand Invitational. She placed first on beam, floor and the all-around at the Vegas Cup. At the Cactus Cooler Invitational, she won bars, beam, floor and the all-around. She placed second all-around at the Byers Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed first on beam, floor and the all-around. Alisa won bars and floor at Regionals. She placed fourth all-around. At Westerns, Alisa placed tenth on vault, sixth on bars, fifth on beam, eleventh on floor and sixth all-around!
