Madison Bonofiglio was born on April 26, 1995. She trains at Gedderts' Twistars USA. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2005, Madison competed level six. She won beam at the State Championships. Madison continued competing level six in 2006. She won vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level seven in 2007. She won bars at the Motown Madness meet. She placed second all-around at the State Championships. She won beam. Madison moved up to level eight in 2008. She placed third all-around at the Twistars Invitational. She finished second all-around at the Motown Madness meet. She won bars and floor at the State Championships. Madison continued competing level eight in 2009. She finished third on bars at the Battle of Champions and IGI Chicago Style. At the State Championships, she won bars, beam and the all-around. Madison won bars at Regionals.

Madison moved up to level nine in 2010. She competed on vault and floor at the Byers Invitational. At the State Championships, she won floor, the only event competed. Madison also won floor at Regionals. She continued competing level nine in 2011. She placed third on vault at the Twistars Invitational. At the UGA Classic, she won bars. Madison finished third all-around at the IGI Chicago Style.
