Allison Bower was born on March 20, 1997. She trains at Desert Devils Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2015.
In 2004, Allison competed level four. She finished third all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. She placed in the top twenty at the Spring State Championships. She continued competing level four in the fall. She won beam, floor and the all-around at the Halloween meet. She won vault, beam and the all-around at the School Days Invitational. Allison won vault and the all-around at the State Championships. In 2005, she competed level five. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. Allison won a silver medal on beam.
Allison then went on Desert Devils fast-track program. She returned to competition in 2008 as a level eight. She finished second on beam at the Winter Sun Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. Allison finished second on vault, beam, and the all-around at the State Championships. She placed in the top ten at Regionals. In 2009, Allison competed two meets as a level ten, and one meet as a level nine, but did not compete the full season.
She competed level nine in 2010. She finished first on beam and floor at the Lady Luck Invitational. She won vault at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. Allison won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the Classic Rock Invitational. She won the all-around at the Long Beach Open and Malibu Coast Challenge. Allison won vault, bars, and the all-around at the State Championships. She finished second on vault and fourth all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, she finished first on vault and second all-around!
