Brittani Price was born on August 18, 1991. She trained at Gym Kinetics through the 2007 season. She then moved to United Gymnastics Academy. She graduated from high school in 2010.

In 2003, Brittani competed level seven. She placed second on bars at the Desert Devils Classic. She moved up to level nine in 2004. She finished fifth all-around at the San Diego Classic. At Regionals, she placed tenth all-around. Brittani competed at Easterns. She moved up to level ten in 2005. Brittani finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. She qualified to JO Nationals. In 2006, Brittani finished third on beam at the Go For It Classic. She placed seventh all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals.

Brittani continued competing level ten in 2007. She finished second on bars at the For Love or Money meet. In 2008, she placed third on vault at the IGI Chicago Style. She finished sixth all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she finished 20th all-around. Brittani placed second on bars at the 2009 Gasparilla Classic. She finished twelfth all-around at Regionals. In 2010, Brittani finished second on bars at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She placed second all-around at the St. Valentines Classic. At the State Championships, she finished in the top fifteen all-around. Brittani finished fourth all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed tenth on bars. She finished 21st all-around.

As a freshman at Missouri in 2011, Brittani competed on vault six times.
