Brianna Springer was born on June 12, 1989. She trained at Gymnastika through the 2003 season. SHe then moved to 5280 Gymnastics. Brianna graduated from high school in 2007.
In 2002, Brianna competed level nine. She qualified to Regionals. She competed at Regionals again in 2003. In 2004, Brianna moved up to level ten. She placed fourth on vault at Regionals. In 2005, Brianna finished fourth all-around and third on floor at the State Championships. Brianna finished third all-around at Regionals in 2006. In 2007, Brianna placed second on vault at the State Championships. She finished third on beam and fifth all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals. Brianna took a year off from the sport.
She returned to gymnastics to compete as a freshman for Denver in 2009. She competed in the all-around in her first three collegiate meets. Brianna won floor against Minnesota. She missed four meet in the middle of the season due to a hip injury. In 2010, Brianna competed in the all-around at every meet. She earned twenty one event titles, including five all-around titles, three on vault, eighth on bars, three on beam and two on floor. She finished fifth all-around at Regionals, qualifying for NCAA Nationals as an individual.
