Hailey Burleson was born on June 3, 1997. She trained with Team Olympia in North Carolina through the summer of 2011. She then moved to KPAC. Hailey will graduate from high school in 2015.

In 2005, Hailey competed level five. She finished fifth all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level six in 2006. She finished first on bars and floor at the State Championships. Hailey competed level seven in 2008. She placed third on bars and floor at the State Championships. She finished fifth all-around. In 2009, Hailey competed level eight. She finished first on floor at the Judges Cup, Atlanta Crown Invitational and Sand Dollar Invitational. At the WOGA Classic, she won beam and the all-around. Hailey won beam, floor and the all-around at the Tiger Paw Classic. She finished third all-around at the KPAC Cup. At the State Championships, she finished second all-around. Hailey placed third on floor at Regionals.

Hailey moved up to level nine in 2010. She finished second all-around at the Judges Cup. She finished third on bars and beam at the Tiger Paw Classic. She began competing level ten in 2011. She finished first on floor at the State Championships. Hailey competed at Regionals.
