Bailey Walker was born on July 19, 1994. She trained at Olympic Gymnastics Academy until the spring of 2007. She then moved to TAGS Apple Valley. She began training at Classic Gymnastics in February 2012. Bailey will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2005, Bailey competed level seven. She moved up to level eight in 2006. She won vault at the National Judges Cup. She placed second all-around and second on vault at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished ninth. Bailey began competing level nine in 2007. She finished 12th all-around at the State Championships. She moved to TAGS before Regionals. She finished fourth on vault at Regionals. She continued competing level nine in 2008. She won vault at the State Championships. She won vault and placed eighth all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, Bailey placed ninth on vault.

She had a strong 2009 season as a level nine. She won the all-around at the Winter Sun Invitational. She won vault at the GymQuarters Invitational. At the Harley Davidson meet, she won vault and the all-around. Bailey won vault and the all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, she won vault and placed third all-around. Bailey moved up to level ten in 2010. She won vault at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational and Northern Lights Invitational. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. At Regionals, Bailey placed third on vault and seventh all-around. She ended her season at JO Nationals. In 2011, Bailey palced second all-around at the Harley Davidson meet. She won vault and floor at the Northern Lights Classic. She finished first on vault at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she finished twelfth on vault. Bailey placed third all-around and first on beam at the 2012 Chow's Winter Classic meet.
