Fiona Callahan was born on November 20, 1995. She trained at Massachusetts Gymnastics Center in Westboro through the 2008 season. She then moved to Elite Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2003, Fiona competed level four. She placed third all-around at the State Championships. She competed level five in 2005. She finished second on vault at the State Championships. In 2006, Fiona competed level six. She won vault and bars at the State Championships. She placed second all-around. In 2007, she finished second all-around at the State Championships. Fiona competed level eight in 2008. She finished second all-around at the Buckeye Classic. She won bars at the State Championships. She placed first on vault, bars, floor and the all-around at Regionals.

Fiona began competing level nine in 2009. She won floor at Regionals. She was the alternate for Easterns. Fiona did not compete in 2010. In 2011, she finished first on bars at the Tim Daggett Invitational. She won floor at the Rochester Classic. She placed in the top ten at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed second on floor and sixth all-around. Fiona competed at Easterns.
