Carley Carter was born on March 26, 1995. She trains at Mat Trotters Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2013.
In 2003, Carley competed level four. She placed first on beam and second all-around at the Sweetheart meet. In 2006, Carley qualified to represent Oklahoma at the National Judges Cup as a level seven. She moved up to level eight following the meet. She competed at Regionals. Carley competed level nine in 2007. She placed third on bars at the San Diego Classic.
After a brief break where Carley competed in cheerleading, she returned to level nine during the 2010-2011 season. She finished first on beam at the Arctic Blast meet. At the Tulsa World Invitational, she placed first on beam and second all-around. Carley also finished second all-around at the Nadia Comaneci Invitational. She won floor and placed second all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, Carley placed second on vault and the all-around. She placed eighth on vault at Westerns. She finished 12th all-around.
