Jillian Casarella was born on June 1, 1995. She trains at O'Leary's Gymnastics in Massachusetts. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2006, Jillian competed level five. She placed 14th all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level six in 2007. She won floor at the Sectional meet. At the State Championships, she placed third on beam and eighth all-around. Jillian moved up to level seven in 2008. She finished second on bars and fifth all-around at the State Championships. Jillian competed level eight in 2009. She finished second all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals.

Jillian competed level nine in 2010. She finished third all-around at the Cape Cod Classic. She placed fourth on floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished first on floor and sixth all-around. She placed fourth on floor at Easterns. Jillian competed level ten in 2011. She competed on three events at the State Championships.
