Casey Bell was born on October 25, 1995. She trained at Flips Texas until 2007. She then moved to WGA Texans. After the head coach left in the summer of 2010, Casey began training at Champion Gymnastics.

In 2006, Casey competed level six. She finished fifth on bars and eleventh all-around at the State Championships. She competed level eight in 2008. She finished fifth all-around at Regionals. In 2009, Casey won bars at the Texas Prime Meet. She finished second on beam at the Hard Rock Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed second on bars and in the all-around. She finished fifth all-around at Regionals.

Casey competed level nine in 2010. She won bars, floor and the all-around at both the Sand Dollar Invitational and Metroplex Challenge. Casey placed first on bars and the all-around at the WOGA Classic. She finished first on vault, beam, and the all-around at the Houston National Invitational. She won the all-around title at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed third all-around. She won vault. Casey finished third on vault and the all-around at Westerns. She also placed fifth on floor. She moved up to level ten in 2011. She finished second on floor at the Ricky Deci Invitational. Casey finished first on floor and second all-around at the Sand Dollar Invitational.
