Camrynne Cruz was born on June 28, 1999. She trains at Brown's Gymnastics in Las Vegas. She will graduate from high school in 2017.

In 2006, Camrynne competed level four. She finished 12th all-around at the State Championships. In the fall, she won bars at the Perfector Invitational. Camrynne won bars and the all-around at the Fall State Championships! She competed level five in 2006. She finished first on vault at the Lady Luck Invitational. Camrynne won vault, beam and the all-around at the Ah! meet. She won bars at the State Championships. Camrynne competed level six in the fall. She finished third on bars at the Perfector Invitational.

Camrynne competed level seven in 2008. She won vault at the San Diego Classic. She finished third all-around at the Battle in Seattle. At the State Championships, she finished second all-around. She made the National TOPs Team in the fall. She moved up to level eight in 2009. She took the all-around title at the Lady Luck Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed first on vault. She finished fifth all-around. Camrynne placed in the top twenty at Regionals. Camrynne earned a spot on the National TOPs Team later that year.

She began competing level nine in 2010. She finished third on vault and floor at the Lady Luck Invitational. She finished second on vault at the Wine Country Classic. Camrynne won vault at the AOGC Invitational. She finished second on vault at the Long Beach Open. At the State Championships, she won vault. She finished second on vault and sixth all-around at Regionals. She qualified to Westerns but did not compete. In the fall, she made the National TOPs Team.
