Caroline Fitzpatrick was born on March 26, 1995. She trains at Arena Gymnastics in Connecticut. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In the fall of 2005, Caroline competed level five. She finished third all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level six in 2006. She own vault, bars, and floor at the State Championships. She finished second all-around. Caroline immediately began competing level seven in 2007. She won vault, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. In 2008, Caroline won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the Northeast Invite. She moved up to level eight in 2009. She finished first on beam at the Northeast Invite. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the GymQuarters Invitational. She finished first on beam, floor and the all-around at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational. At the State Championships, she won bars and floor. She finished second all-around. Caroline won floor at Regionals.

Caroline began competing level nine in 2010. She finished first on beam at the GymQuarters Invitational. She won bars and beam at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed first on beam and third all-around. Carolina won beam at Easterns! She finished sixth all-around. In 2011, Caroline won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the GymQuarters Invitational. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. She placed second all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, Caroline placed second on bars, first on beam, third on floor and first all-around!
