Carinne Gale was born on March 31, 1995. Her sister, Alyssa, was also a high level gymnast. Carinne trains at Monarch's Gymnastics in California.
In 2004, she competed as a level eight. She continued competing level eight in 2005. She finished second on beam at the California Classic. At States, she finished in the top ten all-around. Her final meet of the season was Regionals. She finished in the top ten on vault, beam and floor. She moved up to level nine in 2006. She finished third all-around at the Long Beach Open and second all-around at the Optional Hoedown. She finished second on beam at the Golden State Friendship Challenge. Carinne competed at States and Regionals.
Carinne moved up to level ten in 2007. She won vault, beam, floor and the all-around title at the AOGC Invitational. She finished fourth on beam at the Long Beach Open. Carinne also finished fourth all-around at the San Diego Classic. She qualified to States and Regionals. After the level ten season she competed as a hopes pre-elite at the US Challenge. She continued on the pre-elite route in 2008. She finished second all-around at the US Challenge! As a level ten, she finished fourth all-around at the Golden State Friendship Challenge and LA Classic.
In 2009, she finished second all-around at the Lady Luck Invitational. She finished second on vault and third on bars at the California Classic. She qualified to junior international elite. She competed at the American Classic and the US Classic.
