Ashlin Chambliss was born on August 3, 1994. She trained at Georgia Gymnastics Academy through the 2004 season. She then moved to Ultimate. She began training at Imagine Gymnastics in the fall of 2011. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2004, Ashlin competed level five. She reached level seven in 2007. She won vault at the State Championships. She placed second all-around. She competed level eight in 2008. She finished third on beam at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed fourth all-around. Ashlin competed level nine in 2009. She finished second all-around at the Tiger Paw Classic. She also finished second all-around at the National Gymnastics Challenge. At the State Championships, she won floor. She competed at Regionals.

Ashlin began competing level ten in 2010. She finished third on vault at the Smokey Mountain Vacation Classic. She placed second on vault at the Spring Break-Out. At the State Championships, she placed second on beam, floor and the all-around. Ashlin finished in the top twenty at Regionals. In 2011, she finished third all-around at the Flip Fest Invitational. She won vault at the Rock-n-Roll Classic. At the Atlanta Centennial Classic, she won vault and beam. Ashlin finished second on floor at the State Championships. She finished third all-around at Regionals. Ashlin competed on two events at JO Nationals.
