Brooke Chaplin was born on January 19, 1993. She trains at Gymnastics East in Washington. She began there during the 2003 season. Brooke trained at Auburn Gymnastics before Gymnastics East. She is currently a level ten gymnast. Brooke will graduate from high school in 2011 and hopes to earn a college scholarship.

In 2002, Brooke competed as a level six. She won the vault and beam state titles. She moved up to level seven in 2003. Brooke finished first on vault at the Desert Devils Classic. She competed as a level eight in 2004. Brook finished fourth all-around at the Desert Devils Classic. At the state championships, she finished sixth all-around! Brooke moved up to level nine in 2005. She finished third all-around and first on beam at states. At Regionals, Brooke also finished third in the all-around. She won floor. Brooke ended her season at Westerns.

Brooke continued competing as a level nine in 2006. She won the Gymnastics in Paradise competition. She was third at the IGI Chicago Style, Blooms and Blossoms, and Holiday Express. At States, Brooke won three titles. She won the all-around, vault and floor. At Regionals, Brooke won the all-around and vault titles. She finished in the top ten all-around at Westerns! Brooke moved up to level ten in 2007. She did not compete on bars for most of the season. At the Greatwest Gym Fest she finished third on vault. At Regionals, Brooke won vault and floor. She finished fourth all-around, qualifying for the JO National Championships. At JO Nationals, she placed in the top ten on vault with a 9.600.

She continued having success in the 2008 season. In December of 2007, she won vault and the all-around at the Holiday Express. She placed second on beam, floor and in the all-around at the Seattle Open. She won bronze medals on vault and beam at the Vegas Cup. At States, Brooke finished third on bars, beam, floor and in the all-around. At Regionals, she finished second on vault. After rough performances on the other events she finished eighth all-around. She was the alternate for JO Nationals. Brooke missed the 2009 season because of a back injury.
