Paige Marie Cipolloni was born on January 17, 1990. She trained at Parkettes in Allentown during her club career. She graduated from Bridgeway Academy with a 4.0 grade point average. Paige competed as a level eight in 1999. She moved up to level nine in 2000. She competed at the Eastern Championships. She qualified to National TOP Testing in 2000.
In 2001, Paige reached level ten. She finished second on vault and third on floor at the State Championships. Paige was fifth in the all-around competition. At Regionals, she finished third on beam. In 2002, she qualified to junior national elite. She finished sixth all-around at the American Challenge. In the spring, she had a back injury. Paige returned to compete at the US Challenge. She missed most of 2003 with an injury. She came back in 2004 to compete at the National Elite Podium Meet. She competed at the American Challenge as a junior pre-elite. Unfortunately, an injury kept her out of the optional portion. After two years of injuries, Paige returned to compete as a level ten at Regionals in 2006. She finished fifth all-around! Paige ended her season at the JO National Championships. She earned her team's Most Improved Gymnast Award for her performance.
As a freshman at LSU in 2008, Paige was a major contributor to her team on vault. She competed at several meets with her highest score at 9.875 against Michigan State. She injured her leg in March but came back to vault at the post-season meets. In 2009, Paige competed at two meets on vault scoring a 9.750 both times.
