Angela Cipra was born on May 27, 1995. She often goes by Angi. She trained at Ultimate Gymnastics in Arizona through the 2008 season. She then moved to Desert Devils. She will graduate from high school in 2013.
In 2006, Angela competed level five. She finished fourth on beam at the Hard Rock Invitational. Angela finished fourth on vault at the Shamrock Invitational. She moved up to level six in the fall. She finished third on vault at the Halloween Invitational and third on vault at the Stars and Stripes meet. She competed at the State Championships. Angela continued competing level six in the spring of 2007. She placed second all-around at both the Hard Rock Invitational and State Championships.
Angela competed level seven in 2008. She finished first on vault at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. She also won vault at the State Championships. Angela moved up to level eight in 2009. She won floor and the all-around at the Hard Rock Invitational. She won vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the Great West Gym Fest. Angela swept the gold medals at the State Championships. She again won all five gold medals at Regionals.
She competed level ten in 2010, skipping level nine. Angela finished first on beam and floor at the Lady Luck Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Long Beach Open. Angela won bars, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. In 2011, Angela finished third all-around at the Arizona Grand Invitational. She placed first on bars and floor at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She won bars at the State Championships. She finished eventh all-around at Regionals. In 2012, Angela finished first on vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the Lady Luck Invitational. She won vault, beam and floor at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational and Malibu Coast Challenge. Angela won all five gold medals at the State Championships. She again swept the gold medals at Regionals.
