Gina Clementi was born on March 17, 1989. She trained at Geddert's Twistars in Michigan in 2002. In 2007, she competed for Gymnastics World.

Gina attended Hudson High School in Hudson, Ohio. She competed for gymnastics for her high school team. She was the Western Reserve Conference MVP. Gina was also named to the all-district and All-Ohio Teams. Gina was also involved in competitive dance and ski club for her high school.

In 1998, Gina made the National TOPs Team. By 2002, she was competing as a level nine. She placed eighth all-around at Easterns. She won bars. Gina competed as a level ten in 2007. She finished second on beam and fifth all-around at States. She competed at Regionals. She was supposed to attend Minnesota but never competed.
