Chloe Cluchey was born on November 14, 1997. She trained at Featherstone Gymnastics through the 2005 season. She then moved to Youth Sports Center for two years. Chloe began competing for Capital Gymnastics in 2008. She will graduate from high school in 2016.

In 2005, Chloe competed level four. She competed at the State Championships. She moved up to level five in 2006. She won floor at the Capital Cup. At the State Championships, she placed third all-around. Chloe won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the 2007 Aerials Invitational. She finished third on vault at the State Championships. As a level seven in 2008, Chloe finished first on floor and the all-around at the State Championships.

Chloe competed level eight in 2009. She finished first on floor at the Lady Luck Invitational. She won beam, floor and the all-around at the Excalibur Cup. At the Capital Cup, she won bars, floor and the all-around. Chloe finished first on floor and second all-around at the State Championships. Chloe moved up to level nine in 2010. She won the all-around at the Maryland Classic. She won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the Metroplex Challenge. At the Excalibur Cup, she placed first on beam and the all-around. Chloe won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won beam and the all-around. Chloe placed first on floor and fourth all-around at Regionals.

She began competing level ten during the 2010-2011 season. She won the all-around title at the World Class Invitational.
