Erin Conboy was born on July 21, 1995. She trains at Silvia's Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2004, she competed level five. She won vault, floor and the all-around at the Friendship Classic. At the State Championships, she placed second on floor. She moved up to level six in 2005. She finished second all-around at the Dutch Classic. At the State Championships, she placed first on floor and the all-around. Erin competed level seven in 2006. She won vault and the all-around at the Maryland Classic. In 2007, she competed level eight. She won vault, beam and the all-around at the Maryland Classic. At Regionals, she finished third all-around and second on floor.

Erin competed level nine in the early part of 2009, winning a bronze medal on floor at the Maryland Classic. She then moved up to level ten for the rest of the season. She placed second all-around at the Silvia Invitational. She won a silver medal on vault at the Capital Cup. Erin placed second on vault and third on beam at the State Championships. She placed twelfth all-around at Regionals. She ended her season at the JO National Invitational Tournament, placing fifth on floor. She had a great 2010 season. She won vault at the Maryland Classic. At the Silvia Invitational, she won vault, beam, floor and the all-around. Erin placed second on vault at the Pink Invitational and first at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won vault and beam. She finished fifth all-around. She ended her season at JO Nationals. In 2011, Erin finished second on vault at the Maryland Classic. She finished fourth on vault at both the Metroplex Challenge and Presidential Classic. She finished in the top fifteen all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, Erin finished second on beam and fifth all-around. She competed at JO Nationals.
