Rebekah Conrad was born on April 2, 1995. She trained at World Classic Gymnastics until 2005, when she switched to Excalibur Gymnastics. She returned to World Class in June of 2010. Rebekah currently is competing as a level ten. In 2004 and 2005, she was named to the National TOP Team. She competed as a TOPs Elite at the US Challenge in 2005. She will graduate from high school in 2013.
In 2001, she competed as a level four. She won the World Class Invitational. She won every event except for beam, where she finished second. Rebekah continued competing as a level four in 2002. She won the Judges Cup, Capital Cup and Spring Fling Invitational. At the Sectional Championships, she won the all-around title! At States, Rebekah won vault, bars, floor and the all-around title! In late 2002, she competed as a level five at one meet. She finished second all-around. Rebekah then jumped up to level seven. She competed at the Capital Cup, World Class Invitational and the Colonial Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished second all-around. She won vault, bars and floor!
In 2004, Rebekah competed as a level eight. She won bars at the World Class Invitational in the fall of 2003. She finished second all-around at the Springfest and third all-around at the Capital Cup. At State, Rebekah placed second all-around. She won bars. Her final meet of the season was Regionals. She did well. For the 2005 season, Rebekah competed as a level nine. She finished first all-around at the Excalibur Cup. She won five gold medals at States. At Regionals, she qualified to the Eastern Championships. She ended her season at Easterns. Rebekah competed as a level nine again in 2006. She finished first all-around at the Coaches Cup in Ohio. At States, she finished second all-around. Her final meet was Easterns. She finished sixteenth all-around!
In 2007, she competed as a level ten. She competed at the Brestyan's Invitational and Fiesta Bowl Invitational taking second place on beam at the latter. She swept the gold medals at the Virginia State Championships. In the summer, she competed at the US Challenge in the hopes division. She finished third on vault. She placed ninth all-around. Rebekah continued competing level ten in 2008. She finished sixth all-around at the Parkettes Invitational. She finished tenth all-around at Regionals. In 2009, she competed on bars at the Rock n Roll Invitational. She finished second all-around at States. Rebekah placed tenth all-around at Regionals, earning an invitation to the JO National Invitational Tournament.
She had a solid 2010 season. At the Sand Dollar Invitational, she placed third on vault and beam. Rebekah finished third all-around at the Excalibur Cup. She placed second on vault and third on floor at the State Championships. At the Regional Championships, she placed third on floor and seventh all-around. She ended her season at JO Nationals, finishing 17th all-around. She placed eighth on floor.
