Charlotte Cooperman was born on December 31, 1998. She trained at MGC Westboro through the 2008 season. She then moved to Elite Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2017.

In 2007, Charlotte competed level six in the fall. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. She continued competing level six in the spring of 2008. She finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. Charlotte moved up to level seven in 2009. She finished fourth all-around at the Hardrock Invitational. She finished fourth on bars at the State Championships.

Charlotte moved up to level eight in 2010. She finished first on vault, floor and the all-around at the Brestyan's Invitational. She finished third all-around at both the Tim Daggett National Invitational and Beach Party Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed second on vault and third all-around. Charlotte finished twelfth all-around at Regionals. She moved up to level nine in 2011. She won all five gold medals at the Tim Daggett National Invitational. She finished first on bars and floor at the Rochester Classic. At the Starlight Invitational, she won bars and the all-around. She won vault, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed second all-around. She finished eleventh all-around at Easterns.
