Anna Corbett was born on May 11, 1995. She trained at St. Charles Gymnastics through the 2008 season. She then moved to Aerial Gymnastics Club in Illinois. She will graduate from high school in 2013.
In the fall of 2003, Anna began competing level five. She finished third all-around at the Gym-Kinetics Team Challenge. She competed level six in the fall of 2004. In 2005, Anna competed level seven. She competed at the State Championships. Anna moved up to level six in 2006. She finished third all-around at the Bravo Classic. She placed in the top twenty at Regionals. In 2007, Anna finished second on bars at the Surf City Classic. She finished first on floor and the all-around at the State Championships. Anna began competing level nine in 2008. She finished second all-around at the St. Valentine Classic. She placed second on vault at the Cupid's Twist Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished first on beam.
Anna continued competing level nine in 2009. She won bars and placed second all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. At the Midwest Open, she won vault and bars. She placed first on vault and bars at the State Championships. Anna also won vault and bars at Regionals. At Easterns, she placed second on vault, sixth on bars and sixth all-around. Anna began competing level ten in 2010. She won the all-around title at the IGI Chicago Style. She placed second all-around at the Midwest Open. At the State Championships, she finished eighth all-around. She placed in the top twenty at Regionals. In 2011, Anna won bars and the all-around at the Circle of Stars meet. She won vault at the Wisconsin Dells Vacation Classic. At the Midwest Open, she finished third all-around. Anna placed fourth all-around at the State Championships. She won vault at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she finished eighth on bars, tenth on beam and ninth all-around.
