Ellette Craddock was born on June 23, 1993. She trained at San Mateo Gymnastics under Armen Astoian and Oksana Bystrova during her club career. She graduated from high school in 2011.

Ellette competed level six in the fall of 2002. She won beam and the all-around at the Judges Cup. She finished first on bars and the all-around at the Teddy Bear Classic. At the Aloha Invitational, she won beam and the all-around. Ellette won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the High-Tech Invitational. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the Novato Classic and Far West Indies meet. She placed first on bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the Zone Championships. At the State Championships, she placed second on bars and the all-around. Ellette competed level seven in 2004. She won bars and the all-around at the State Championships.

Ellette moved up to level eight in 2005. She won the all-around title at the Golden State Classic. At the Wine Country Classic, she won bars, beam and the all-around. Ellette won bars at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge. At the Novato Classic, she won the all-around title. She placed fourth all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed third all-around. In 2006, Ellette won bars and the all-around at the Golden State Classic. She placed first on bars and second all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed first on bars and third all-around. Ellette competed level nine in 2007. She finished third all-around at the Snowflake Invitational. She won floor and the all-around at the Gold Country Classic. She placed second all-around at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge. She won floor and the all-around at the State Championships. She placed third on floor at Regionals. Ellette competed at Westerns. In 2008, she won vault, bars and the all-around at the Roseville Invitational. She finished second on floor at the Wine Country Classic. She won vault, bars and the all-around at the Clovis Classic.

In 2009, Ellette began competing level ten. She won vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the Vitaly Scherbo Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Delta Classic and second all-around at the Wine Country Classic. She finished first on beam at the Byers Invitational. At the State Championships, Ellette won bars, beam, floor and the all-around. She finished in the top twenty at Regionals. In 2010, Ellette placed first on bars, beam and the all-around at the Delta Classic. She won beam at the Wine Country Classic. At the Winter Invitational, she won vault, beam, floor and the all-around. She won bars and finished second all-around at the Classic Rock Invitational and Spirit of the Flame Challenge. She won floor at the Byers Invitational. At the State Championships, she won bars, beam and the all-around. She finished ninth all-around at Regionals. At the JO National Invitational Tournament, she placed third on beam and sixth all-around. In 2011, Elette won bars and placed second all-around at both the National Gymnastics Festival and Winter Invitational. At the Black Tie Invitational, she won bars, beam and the all-around. Ellette won bars at the AOGC Invitational. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the Golden State Classic. She did not compete in the championship season due to a broken foot.
