Chelsea Raineri was born on May 1, 1995. She trains at Silvia's Gymnastics in Pennsylvania. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2005, Chelsea competed level five. She won bars at the Dutch Classic. At the State Championships, she placed first on bars and second all-around. Chelsea moved up to level six in 2006. She won vault at the State Championships. She finished third all-around. Chelsea won vault and floor at the State Championships in 2007 as a level seven. She finished third all-around. She represented Pennsylvania at the National Judges Cup in 2008. She then moved up to level eight. Chelsea won vault, beam and the all-around at the State Championships.

Chelsea moved up to level nine in 2009. She won vault and the all-around at the Maryland Classic. At the Silvia Invitational, she won the all-around title. Chelsea won vault and floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won vault and the all-around. Chelsea won vault and the all-around at Easterns. She placed second on beam and floor. Chelsea began competing level ten in 2010. She finished first on vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Silvia Invitational. She placed fourth all-around at the Pink Invitational. At Regionals, she placed second on vault. Chelsea finished fourth on vault and second on floor at the JO National Invitational Tournament.

Chelsea finished third on vault at the 2011 Maryland Classic. She placed second on vault at the Presidential Classic. At the State Championships, she finished second on vault. She finished tenth all-around at Regionals. At the JO National Invitational Tournament, she placed third on vault and third all-around.
