Cydney Crasa was born on May 23, 1998. She trains at Exper-Tiess Gymnastics in New York.

In 2006, Cydney competed level five at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. She jumped to level seven in 2007. At the Aquafina Team Challenge, she finished second on floor and fourth all-around out of fifty competitors! She continued to improve in 2008. As a level eight, she won vault at the Aquafina Team Challenge. At the Regional Championships, she won floor and placed third on vault. She finished eighth all-around.

Cydney continued competing level eight in 2009. She won vault, floor and the all-around at the Gym Rev Team Challenge. At the State Championships, she won balance beam and the all-around. She finished in the top ten all-around at Regionals. Cydney qualified to hopes pre-elite in the summer. She competed at the US Challenge.

She began competing level nine for the 2009-2010 season. At the Pilgrim Harvest Invitational, she finished fourth all-around and second on beam. Cydney placed second on beam, fourth on bars and fifth all-around at the Pinky Stone Invitational. At the Sand Dollar Invitational, she won vault in the hopes division. She finished seventh all-around at Regionals. In 2011, Cydney placed second on vault at the WOGA Classic. She finished second on vault and floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won vault, beam, floor and the all-around. Cydney placed third on floor at Easterns.
