Tasha Del Pozo was born on January 7, 1995. She trained at Rising Stars through the 2005 season. She then moved to Leading Edge Gymnastics Academy. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2004, Tasha competed level four. She finished fifth all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level five in 2005. She finished fourth all-around at the Mystery Classic. Tasha competed level six in 2007. She finished third all-around at the Seattle Open and Hard Rock Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Emerald Team Challenge. Tasha moved up to level seven in 2008. She finished third all-around at the National Judges Cup. At the Battle in Seattle, she won bars, floor and the all-around. Tasha won bars, beam and the all-around at the Emerald Team Challenge. At the State Championships, she placed first on bars, floor and the all-around.

Tasha moved up to level eight in 2009. She finished second on beam and floor at the Crystal Cup. At the Great West Gym Fest, she won floor. She finished second all-around at the State Championships. She did not compete in 2010. In 2011, Tasha finished first on floor at the Seattle Open as a level nine. She placed second on vault and floor at the State Championships. She finished fourth all-around. She placed first on bars and third all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, Tasha placed sixth on vault, sixth on bars and third all-around!
