Lindsay DiSalvatore was born on May 13, 1991. She trained at Orlando Metro Gymnastics during her club career. She graduated from high school in 2009.

In 2003, Lindsay competed level seven. She moved up to level eight in 2004. She finished fourth all-around at Regionals. In 2005, Lindsay competed level nine. She finished 25th all-around at Easterns. Lindsay competed level ten in 2006. She placed sixth all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals. In 2007, Lindsay won floor and the all-around at the State Championships. She finished second all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed fifth on beam and 20th all-around.

Lindsay continued competing level ten in 2008. She finished third all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. Lindsay won floor at the City of Lights Invitational. At the State Championships, she won floor. She finished fourth all-around and first on floor at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed fifth on floor and 16th all-around. In 2009, Lindsay won beam at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. As a freshman at Auburn in 2010, she did not compete.
