Kori Doffek was born on June 4, 1995. Her father is the head baseball coach at the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. Kori trains at LaFleur's Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2013.
In the fall of 2006, Kori competed level five. She finished third all-around at the State Championships. She won floor. A few months later, Kori competed level seven at the GymQuarters Invitational. In 2009, Kori competed level eight. She won the all-around title at the Daytona Beach Open. She placed first on vault, beam and the all-around at the Harley Davidson Invitational. At the State Championships, she won beam, floor and the all-around. Kori competed at Regionals.
Kori moved up to level nine in 2010. She finished third all-around at the Midwest Challenge. She won vault at the Lady Luck Invitational and floor at the IGI Chicago Style. At the Circle of Stars meet, she won floor and the all-around. Kori won beam at the Harley Davidson meet. At the State Championships, she placed first on floor and second all-around. Kori finished third all-around at Regionals. She competed at Westerns. In 2011, Kori finished second all-around at the Circle of Stars meet. She finished second on beam at the Tim Rand Invitational.
