Rachael Donovan was born on July 7, 1997. She trains at Parkettes. She will graduate from high school in 2015.
In 2005, Rachael competed level five. She finished fourth on floor at the Maryland Classic. She placed third all-around at the Hugs and Kisses meet. At the State Championships, she placed sixth all-around. In 2006, Rachael competed level six. She qualified for the State Championships. She moved up to level seven in 2007. She finished first all-around at the Maryland Classic. She won a bronze medal on bars at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed second on floor.
Rachael competed level eight in 2008. She placed third on beam at the Friendship Classic. She finished third on bars at the State Championships. She qualified for Regionals. In 2009, Rachael continued competing level eight. She finished first on vault at the Parkette Invitational. She placed second on floor at the Excalibur Cup. In 2010, Rachael won floor as a level nine at the Parkette Invitational. She placed second all-around. The next day she won floor as a level ten. Rachael placed second all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational and third all-around at the Excalibur Cup. She also competed at the Gymnix International in Canada. She placed second on floor Rachael finished the season as a level nine. She placed first on vault at the Pink Invitational. She finished fifth all-around at the State Championships. Rachael planned to test elite in the summer but unfortunately was injured.
