Sidney Dukes was born on November 30, 1996. She trains at Texas East Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2015.

In 2006, Sidney competed level six. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. She competed level seven in 2008. She placed third on beam at the North State Championships. She won beam and the all-around at the State Championships. Sidney competed level eight in 2009. She won floor at the IGI Chicago Style and WOGA Classic. She won vault, beam and the all-around at the Rose City Classic. At the State Championships, Sidney finished second on beam. She placed second all-around and first on beam at Regionals!

Sidney competed level nine in 2010. She won beam at the Ricky Deci Invitational and floor at the Lady Luck Invitational. Sidney won five gold medals at the Gumbo Cup. She won vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the Rose City Classic. At the State Championships, she placed second all-around. Sidney finished third all-around and second on floor at Regionals. At Westerns, she placed second on beam and first on floor! She finished 12th all-around.
